    Is this program virtual or in-person?

    The program is delivered live and virtually. You participate from your own lash setup while receiving real-time instruction and critique.

    Do I need prior experience?

    No. This program was built specifically for beginners. You don't need a beauty background, prior training, or any experience with lashes whatsoever. Everything you need — from your very first isolation technique to running your business — is covered inside the curriculum. You start from zero. You leave prepared.

    What if I've already taken a lash course before?

    Good. That means you already know what's missing.

    Most women who come to Rich Lash University have already spent money on training that left them with a certificate but not the confidence, the equipment, or the clients to show for it. You're not starting over — you're starting correctly this time.

    How and when do I receive certification? What are the requirements?

    Digital certification is issued upon successful completion of program requirements. A physical certificate is mailed the same week.

    Does this program replace state licensure?

    Certification verifies completion of this private training program. Licensure is regulated by your state board and may require attendance at an accredited cosmetology or esthetics program.

    Can I still be certified in eyelash extensions even if I'm not licensed?

    Yes. However, state regulations vary. It is your responsibility to verify licensing requirements within your state prior to offering services.
