Most states have requirements that decide whether you can lash from home, from a suite, or at all. We go through yours, then set up the entity, the insurance, the business banking, and the credit file that keeps your lash money in your pocket instead of funding your own supplies. Covers: state and local requirements, entity setup, insurance, business banking, business credit, pricing built on your real costs. You leave with your pricing set and your paperwork correct.

The Storefront

Thursday, November 5
We build your site on the call. Service menu, booking that takes deposits, cancellation policy attached, hours that protect your evenings. I stay on until yours is live. Covers: site build, service menu, online scheduler, deposit collection, policy attachment. You leave with a real URL you can post that night.

The Back End

Thursday, November 12
Intake, consent, aftercare, cancellation, contracts. Sixteen templates connected to your booking so they send themselves. Then the money side: what to track, what to keep, and what your accountant will ask you for in January. Covers: forms library setup, automated client communication, the appointment experience, bookkeeping practices, records that hold up. You leave with your paperwork running without you.

The agents I run in my own business, built with you, live. One that answers your DMs the way you would. One that writes your week of content. One that handles reminders and follow-up. Who you are for, and how she finds you. A content system you repeat instead of trends you chase. Text and email that keeps clients close without breaking privacy law. Then Meta ads, from someone who has actually spent the money and can show you what the numbers looked like. Six nights of building, plus a vault you keep. The reference material is yours on day one so you can read ahead. The nights are reserved for the things that only happen with me watching your screen.
Every night is recorded and the replay goes in the campus. The live room is where the building happens, so if Thursday nights are not yours this season, come to the next run.
You need to be lashing. Certified anywhere, or self taught and working. This is the business around the skill. If you have never done a set, start with the certification.
A laptop and about twenty minutes of setup I send the week before. No technical background required.
On the calls, yes. A room this size means I can pull up your screen and work on your specific setup while everyone watches. Between calls, questions go in the campus room where every woman sees the answer. That is deliberate. Your question is usually someone else's too.
