When does it start, and is enrollment open now?

Enrollment is open right now, and seats are filling. Cohort Two begins Monday, September 7. Enroll by September 3 so your kit ships in time to start with the group. When you enroll, whether you pay in full or put your deposit down, your seat is locked and you get everything you need before Week 1.

Do I need any experience?

None. Total beginners are welcome and we start from the very beginning. If you’re already trained, you’ll sharpen your technique and finally get the business side nobody taught you.

Do I need a license to lash?

It depends on your state, and you should know before you enroll rather than after. Some states require an esthetician or cosmetology license to work on paying clients, and a private certification does not replace a state license. This certification trains and certifies you in the skill and the business, and you get our State-by-State Licensing Guide so you know exactly what yours requires. How can I really learn lashing online?

You see every method up close on camera, practice on a real model, and get corrected by an RN on your actual work. Every live call is recorded so you can rewatch as many times as you need. You’re not learning alone behind a screen, you get more live coaching than a one-day in-person class gives you.

How much time each week?

The Vision Room, our weekly session, meets Tuesdays at 12 PM ET: Tue, September 8, Tue, September 15, Tue, September 22, Tue, September 29, Tue, October 6 and Tue, October 20. Shadow Labs run Wednesdays at 12 PM ET on Wed, September 16, Wed, September 30 and Wed, October 21. No class October 12 to 19. Graduation is one more Tuesday after that, Tue, October 27. Around all of it, plan for about 5 to 10 hours a week. Every session is recorded, so if a shift runs long, you catch up on your schedule and never fall behind.

What’s the difference between Certified CEO and Equipped CEO?

Both tiers include the full certification, live coaching, AI tools, Performance Guarantee, and the Money Maker Lash Kit with product for your first 30 clients. Equipped CEO adds the complete professional studio shipped to your door, Shadow Labs for live technique correction, private 1:1 strategy sessions, and your seat in Lash Cash Q4. Certified gets you trained, certified, and stocked with your kit. Equipped gets you fully set up.

What is Lash Cash Q4, and how do I get in?

Lash Cash Q4 is six live build nights where your business gets built with you: entity and pricing, your website with booking and deposits, a 16-template forms library, your AI agents set up live, your client and rebooking system, then your Q4 and January plan. Thursdays at 9 PM ET on October 29, November 5, 12, 19, then December 3 and 10. It is included with Equipped CEO, a $497 add-on for Certified CEO, and $997 for everyone else. Seats are capped at 44 and every night is recorded. Your call link and replays arrive by email before Night One.

Can I split the payment?

Yes. You can pay in full, use Shop Pay, Affirm, or Sezzle at checkout, or use RLU Pay™, our in-house plan with no credit check. Put a deposit down to lock your seat and pay the rest across your six weeks. See the RLU Pay™ section above for exact plans.

What is the Performance Guarantee?

Complete the curriculum, show up to your live sessions or watch the replays, and run the client strategy we give you. If you still haven’t landed your first paying client, we keep working with you until you do. Working a shift on Tuesday does not cost you the guarantee. The risk of betting on yourself is off the table.

Is my payment refundable?

No. Seats are held for you and your kit ships before Week 1, so enrollment is final per RLU’s enrollment agreement. Here is the honest version of why that is not the risk it sounds like. A refund window only pays you if the thing fails, and you have to be the one who gives up to collect it. The Performance Guarantee runs the other direction: do the work and if you still have no paying client, I keep working with you until you do, at no extra cost and with no end date. That is worth more to you than getting your money back, and it is the promise I would rather be held to. Your deposit reserves your seat and goes toward your total.
