I'm a total beginner. Is this too advanced for me?

No. Beginners are exactly who this is built for. You don't need experience or to "feel ready" — you need a real start and someone to walk you through it step by step. That's what this is.

I'm not licensed yet. Can I still do this?

Yes. This certifies your training and skill. Your state board handles licensure separately — and the State-by-State Licensing Guide shows you exactly what your state requires and how your credentials count.

I tried another course and it didn't work. Why is this different?

Most courses teach you to glue on a lash and disappear. This teaches the full method, corrects your real work live, covers the business side they skip — and backs it with a performance guarantee. If your last course left you certified but not confident, this is the gap-filler.

How much time does it take?

It's a 6-week live program. You'll have weekly live coaching plus practice on your own time. You don't need to quit your job — but you do need to show up and do the work.

Is it actually live, or just videos?

Live. You learn with me in real time, get your questions answered, and get your technique corrected. The portal holds your recordings and resources, but the training itself is live and interactive.

What does it cost?

RLU Pay™ is Rich Lash University's in-house payment option for approved women — start with a deposit and split the remaining balance directly through RLU. Essential CEO starts with $750 down; Full CEO starts with $1,200 down. You can also use Shop Pay, Affirm, or Sezzle at checkout. We'll go over everything once you apply and we know it's a fit.
