You Already Know This Message
It comes around day twelve.
"Hey girl, is it normal for them to be falling out already?"
Received 11:42 PM
You stare at it, because you know that set was beautiful
So you start auditing your placement, isolation, weight
You wonder if you need a different adhesive
You start talking yourself into another class
Quietly, you wonder if you are actually good at this
Your hands are not the problem. I have watched enough artists work to say that with confidence.
A Second Opinion, From A Nurse
Retention almost never fails at application. It fails atprep.
"In a hospital, nobody debates whether to prep a site. You clean it. You let it dry completely. You do it identically on every patient, whether you feel like it or not. That is not being extra. That is protocol, and protocol is the only reason a result is repeatable instead of lucky."
Destyni Triplett, RN · Founder & Dean
Adhesive bonds to a clean, dry, pH-balanced lash. That is chemistry, not opinion. When one of those three is missing, the bond is compromised the moment you make it, and no amount of skill in your fingers undoes that. The set that shed in week two was already failing in the chair.

No prep protocol Cleanse, Prime, Bond, Cure
You are not applying a lash to a lash. You are bonding to a surface, and the surface is your job.
The Protocol
Four steps. In that order. Every set.
The order is not a preference. Each step creates the condition the next one needs. Skip one and retention becomes a guess.
01
Cleanse
Strip the oil, the makeup residue, and the film she does not know is there. Then let it dry completely. Not mostly. Completely. This is the step people rush, and it is the step that costs them the most.
Money Shower Vegan Lash + Face Wash, 50 ML
Rich Cleansing Brush
H₂O Sprinkler
02
Prime
Reset the pH at the lash line and open the surface so the adhesive has something to grip. A primed lash and an unprimed lash are two different materials.
Pursuit Plant-Based Lash Primer, 100 ML
Micro Sticks, 50 count
Plush Applicators, 50 count
03
Bond
One second, clean placement, no babysitting the glue. Tape holds the field steady so you are working on the lash instead of fighting the skin.
Intention Pro 1-Second Adhesive, 5 ML
Bankroll Sensitive Skin Tape
04
Cure
Finish the cure from the outside in so the bond stops off-gassing and starts holding. She leaves with a set that is already stable, not one still setting up in her car.
Success Super Bonder, 15 ML
Spender Spoolies, 50 count
This is the part nobody taught you. Not because it is advanced, because it is not glamorous.

Why Now
Your busiest weeks start in October.
Holiday parties, photos, New Year. Every artist knows what the last three months of the year look like. It is also when you burn through product fastest and when a shipping delay costs you a client.
NowOrder once. Get your shelf right before the calendar fills.
OctoberYou are booked and you are not thinking about supplies at all.
DecemberFull sets, back to back, and you still have everything you need.
Two Kinds Of Artist Buy This
One is fixing a problem. One is not about to have one.
Your clients are texting youShe says they started falling out after a few days. You know your isolation is clean. You have been doing this a while and now you are second guessing everything. Nine times out of ten it is not your hands. It is what happened before the first lash went on.
Nobody is texting youThen you already buy every one of these, and you know what happens when you get low on a Thursday with a full weekend booked. Bought one at a time these run $204. Ordered together they run $149 and they show up in the same box.
Redoing one set for free costs more than this whole kit.
Real Women · Real Retention
She came back and told me how long it held.
These women were not asked. They sat in the chair, went home, and came back to say how long it held.
These are clients, not artists. Nobody has reviewed this kit yet, because it is new. What these women are reviewing is the protocol inside it, run on their own eyes.

Before You Decide
The honest answers.
My retention is already good. Do I need this?
You do not need fixing. You need restocking. These are the ten things you already go through every month, and buying them separately runs $204. The only difference here is the price and the fact that they arrive together.
I already have adhesive and primer. Is this still worth it?
If you are only out of one thing, buy that one thing. If you are running low on three or more, this is cheaper than replacing them individually and everything arrives in the same box.
How many sets does the kit last?
[Answer with a real number of sets from your own usage. Do not estimate high. This is the one question a working artist will check you on.]
Will this work with the adhesive I already use?
The protocol works with any quality adhesive. The kit includes Intention Pro because the cure timing is matched to it, but cleanse, prime, and cure improve retention no matter what you bond with.
Am I too new for this?
No. Prep is the first thing you should learn and the last thing most people get taught. Starting with the protocol means you never have to unlearn a bad habit.
What if it does not work for me?
Unopened kits can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is yours. For safety reasons, opened liquids cannot be returned or resold, so those are final sale. Email learn@richlash.university and we will sort it out.
When does it ship?
Orders ship from Atlanta within 1 to 2 business days. Questions? learn@richlash.university
Faith First. Work Daily. Watch It Come.
I built forty four.
Not because it sounds urgent. Because that is how many complete sets of these ten pieces are on the shelf. When they are gone I reorder, and reordering takes weeks. I would rather give you the real number than invent a countdown.
