Effective Date: June 23, 2026 Last Updated: June 15, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Rich Lash® University, operated by Rich Lash LLC ("we," "us," "our"), collects, uses, and shares information when you visit our website, enroll in our programs or challenges, purchase products, or communicate with us. By using our services, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Information We Collect

Information you give us:

  • Name, email address, phone number, and mailing/shipping address
  • Account and login details
  • Billing information (payment card data is processed by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers)
  • Program enrollment details, assignments, photos, or other content you submit
  • Messages, support requests, survey responses, and feedback

Information collected automatically: When you use our website, we and our providers may collect device and usage data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring links, and interactions, using cookies, pixels, and similar technologies (including analytics and advertising tools).

Information from third parties: We may receive information from payment processors, course-hosting and email/SMS platforms, shipping carriers, analytics providers, and advertising or social media platforms (for example, when you interact with our ads).

2. How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • provide, operate, and improve our website, programs, and products;
  • process orders, payments, and payment plans, and ship products;
  • create and manage your account and program access;
  • send transactional messages (receipts, account, program, and shipping updates) by email and, where applicable, SMS;
  • send marketing and promotional messages where you have consented (see our SMS & Email Communications Policy);
  • respond to inquiries and provide support;
  • measure marketing performance and run and improve advertising;
  • maintain security, prevent fraud, and enforce our Terms; and
  • comply with legal obligations.

3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies for site functionality, analytics, and advertising. This may include analytics tools and advertising pixels from social media and ad platforms that help us measure and deliver ads. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect site functionality.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only as follows:

  • Service providers who work on our behalf — payment processors, course-hosting platforms, email/SMS providers, shipping carriers, analytics, and IT/security vendors — under contracts limiting their use of the information.
  • Advertising and social media platforms to measure and deliver ads. Sharing certain identifiers with these platforms for targeted advertising may be considered "sharing" or "targeted advertising" under some state laws; you can opt out as described in Section 7.
  • Legal and safety purposes — to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, or protect our rights, users, or the public.
  • Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

5. Marketing Communications

With your consent where required, we send marketing emails and text messages. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email, and opt out of marketing texts by replying STOP. We may still send non-promotional messages needed to administer your account, orders, or program. See our SMS & Email Communications Policy for full details.

6. Data Retention and Security

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Privacy Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising or the "sharing" of your information. To exercise these rights, contact us at learn@richlash.university. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights, and we may need to verify your identity before responding.

California residents: California law provides additional rights, including the right to know, delete, and correct personal information, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for targeted advertising. We do not sell personal information for money. To opt out of targeted advertising or exercise your rights, contact us at the email above.

8. Children's Privacy

Our website, programs, and products are intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Third-Party Links and Services

Our website and tools may link to or rely on third-party services with their own privacy practices. We are not responsible for those practices, and we encourage you to review their policies.

10. Data Processing Location

We are based in the United States, and your information is processed and stored in the United States. If you access our services from outside the U.S., you understand your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S.
